Shipping policy

We are a "made to order" business, meaning every product you receive has been specifically made for you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and waste, and we appreciate your support in making thoughtful purchasing decisions.

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. (Please check junk/spam folder!)
Because our products are made to order please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed.
Once your item is ready to ship you will receive a confirmation email, along with a tracking number.

Our print & fulfillment locations are in L.A., Philadelphia, Phoenix, Maryland & Florida.

Please allow 5 to 12 business days for item to arrive after it has been ordered. (This is likely to be extended during the busy Christmas season, so please allow yourself plenty of time between purchasing and date item is needed).

Please confirm your shipping information is correct upon placing your order as Dappled Glory cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to customer errors or typos.
